Return Policy


RETURNS FOR ONLINE/PHONE ORDERS

To qualify for a refund of your online/phone purchase, the following must apply:

1 - Customers must contact Standout Style Boutique within three (3) days of your delivery/in-store pickup date. Any requests for returns of online or phone orders thereafter may be denied or may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your order. STORE CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 60 DAYS.

2 - Please contact us via telephone: 773-565-4885 OR email: info@shopstandout.com with "Return Department" as the subject line. Within the body of the email please include the reason for your return and your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

3 - A tracking number is required for mailed in returns. Returns can also be made in-store. Refunds for returns sent back in the mail are processed 24-48 hours of receipt. 

4 - All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition.

If returns do not fit these requirements, it may not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

FINAL SALE

All sales are final on sale/clearance merchandise, jewelry, books, cosmetics and other non-apparel items.

Refunds are not provided on in-store purchases. An exchange or a Store Credit is provided within 14 days of purchase date listed on your receipt. STORE CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 60 DAYS.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item(s) must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange/store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
