To qualify for a refund of your online/phone purchase, the following must apply:
1 - Customers must email us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of your delivery/receiving your order. Any requests for returns of purchases/orders thereafter may be denied or may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your order. STORE CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 60 DAYS.
2 - Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Department" as the subject line. Within the body of the email please include the reason for your return and your order number to receive a Return Authorization. After 14 days of purchase, returns are not accepted.
3 - It is required and the customer's responsibility to provide Standout Style with a tracking number for your return(s). Refunds are processed anytime between 1-7 days depending on the form of payment.
4 - All items must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition to qualify for a return/refund.
If returns do not fit these requirements, it may not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
All sales are final on sale merchandise, jewelry, books, cosmetics and other non-apparel items.
