Return Policy

A return request may be made via email within 14 days of receipt and a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Please email: info@shopstandout.com with "Return Department" as the subject line. Within the body of the email please include the reason for your return and your order number to receive instructions and return authorization. After 14 days from delivery of your order, returns are not accepted. 

Please allow 5 days for your refund to process/show up in your account. 

FINAL SALE: All sales are final on sale merchandise, jewelry, books, cosmetics and other non-apparel items.
